Hours of Operations:

Nikita Hines Enterprises dba Luxury Virtual Solutions LLC (LVS) business hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm EST. We are closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays and all US Holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 business ours for any response time.

Refunds:
​
All Payments are 100% Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of the services offered LVS does NOT provide refunds. There are absolutely NO Refunds once first draft concepts are sent! If you [client] decide to cancel at your own discretion you will forfeit your designs and will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.

By purchasing an item, done for you service, or booking a coaching session you [client] are agreeing to this NO REFUND policy.

Turnaround Time:
​
For al a carte services: up to 7-10 Business Days (NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS)
Content packages: up to 14-21 Business Days (NO WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS)

Rush Fees: (3-4 Business Days +$20) (1-2 Business Days +$30) (Same Day Rush fee is equivalent to the original cost of service). There are no Rush options for Website Development.

Turnaround times can change due to High Volume orders. You will be notified if there is a delay to your project. All rush orders are PRIORITY orders!

Payments:
​
All pricing at Luxury Virtual Solutions LLC is subject to change at any time! All payments must be made via website! Payment methods such as cash app are not accepted for services or products. You can pay in full or in installments. Third party options such as paypal and sezzle are available for payment plan options. Please select your choice at checkout to utilize this service.

Revisions:
​
Once design proofs are sent you are able to make up to 2 revisions! Any revisions after will incur in a $10 fee per revision. Revisions include fonts, color, layouts, sizing, etc.

Requested Info:
​
For custom content designs an intake form must be completed. Your project and processing time will NOT start until this information has been submitted, As we do serve various other clients please complete this step as timely as possible to be fair. We do work on a first come first serve basis; a delay in getting this information to us can cause a delay in you receiving your order. Keep a regular check on your email when placing an online order as all correspondence will happen via email, also check your spam folder (we recommend adding us to your contacts).

Digital products are available for instant download. After purchase you will receive an email with a download link to your product. This link will expire in 30 days. Please download your product to your personal device(s) as soon as possible to avoid losing out on your purchase. If you fail to download before the link expires, you will have to purchase the product again. No exceptions.

Ghosting Clause:
​
If Client fails to return intake form, book session, and /or non-refundable retainer within specified time frame after payment has been made, contract voids and a new agreement will need to be created and issued.
​
If Client fails to arrange a booking date for a private coaching session, to turn in requested information, or anything that will prevent the Company from performing the scope of work after contract is signed and non-refundable retainer is paid, the Company will make reasonable attempts to contact Client. If Client fails to respond, or supply Company with material needed to finish scope of work, contract will expire 30 days from original date of signed contract and/or payment was made. No refunds will be issued.

If the event Client cancels and/or no longer wants to complete a coaching session/VIP day, the Client must notify Company immediately in writing. Company will work with Client in an attempt to reschedule an agreed upon date within 90 days of the original filming date. If the event is rescheduled more than twice then this contract becomes void and no refunds will be granted. In the event that the Company is not available for the new date, Company will refund Client any payments except for the non-refundable retainer.

Please be respectful of the coach/creators time. If you are not ready to proceed with your project or session, do not book. As this will eliminate any confusion on both ends.
